Service Terms
By using Tons of Def, you agree to these terms:
- Service is provided “as is” without warranty
- We process payments through Stripe
- Refunds are handled case by case
- We’re not affiliated with Travian Games
Lifetime Access Subscription
“Lifetime Access” refers to the lifetime of the Tons of Def service, not the lifetime of the user. Specifically:
- Access continues for as long as the service remains operational and maintained. We hope to provide the service until 2026 not least.

Subscription ends if:
- Tons of Def ceases operations
- The service undergoes a complete rebuild requiring a new subscription model
- The service is acquired by another company
- The lifetime subscription is non-transferable and linked to a single user account
- We reserve the right to terminate lifetime access in cases of abuse
- No refunds for lifetime subscriptions active over 30 days if service discontinues
Payment Terms
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes
- Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice
User Obligations
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain account security
- Not abuse or misuse the service
- Not violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Not to share account with other players, as the access may be revoked.
Service Availability
- We strive for high availability but don’t guarantee 100% uptime
- We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice
- Service may be interrupted for factors beyond our control
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service:
- For violation of these terms
- For abuse of the service
- For non-payment
- As required by law
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the past 12 months.
